Terms and Conditions – That Pro Pakistan Gaming Platform

By accessing That Pro at thatpro.onl, creating a player account or using any feature of the platform — including placing sports bets, playing slots, participating in fish games, joining bingo rooms or claiming any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and That Pro with respect to your use of the platform. No verbal representations, prior agreements or informal communications override anything stated in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use That Pro.

Each eligible person may register one and only one That Pro account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

That Pro accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the platform's deposit page. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits are processed in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing times.

Withdrawals from your That Pro account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• In cases where a deposit has been made but no game activity has occurred, That Pro reserves the right to apply a processing fee to cover payment transaction costs before releasing the withdrawal.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on That Pro, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and any other betting markets available on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed but are locked once the bet is confirmed.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded before the bet was placed will be voided and the stake returned, unless the bet was explicitly placed as a live in-play bet within a designated live betting market.
• That Pro reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. Players will be notified and the stake returned where a void is applied.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.

That Pro reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms and Conditions. The following applies to account closure:

• Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus activity will be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned after deducting any amounts owed to That Pro.
